Rupeezy no longer uses a login password, so there's nothing to reset or unlock. You log in with your registered mobile number, an OTP (or TOTP, if you've set it up) and your MPIN. If you've forgotten your MPIN — or it's locked after 5 wrong attempts — tap Forgot MPIN on the MPIN screen to reset it. See How do I reset my MPIN?
How do I log in to Rupeezy now?
The same way on the app and on the web:
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP sent to it, or your TOTP code.
- Enter your MPIN.
For the step-by-step, see How do I log in to the Rupeezy app? or How do I log in to Rupeezy web? On a desktop, you can also sign in with a QR code from the app.
What if I can't get past one of those steps?
- Forgot your MPIN, or locked out after 5 wrong attempts — reset it from the MPIN screen with Forgot MPIN: How do I reset my MPIN?
- No longer have your registered mobile number — see What can I do if I don't have access to my registered mobile number or email?
- Lost your TOTP authenticator app — see What should I do if I lose access to my TOTP authenticator app?
Things to keep in mind
- Dock, Rupeezy's back-office, has no separate password either — it signs you in from your Rupeezy app session.
- Rupeezy will never ask you for your OTP or MPIN. Anyone who does isn't from Rupeezy — see Does Rupeezy call clients seeking personal information?
